The infamous Fruitvale Station, and the stop for more Latin American services and food, or just commuter ville. They often have restroom, tho jaded but is something. You can always take a bus from here or transfer to another Bart line. I don't pass by here often by I do know they have a lot of parking spaces.

Visited Fruitvale for lunch at Wahpepah's Kitchen in the Fruitvale Village. That is a wonderful destination restaurant for the area. Other shops looked nice, and so convenient next to the BART station.
Not intended to be here, came out it's quite friendly, peaceful location for a Tuesday afternoon walk. Parking structure can be cleaned, and lights for elevators can been fixed.
Plenty of parking, including a huge parking structure. Reliable escalators & elevators. I feel pretty secure in and around the station.
Kept clean but area right outside station is very notorious for sketchy behavior, and isn't very safe at night. People often get mugged, and attacked so keep your kids and valuable close and safe. I avoid the station after dark if at all possible.
This community is multi-racial, ethnic, cultural, and many languages other than English can be heard/spoken. Although the City of Oakland has a high rate of violent crime it is a nice and more affordable neighborhood.
This station is convenient to head out almost anywhere once you exit. Many store and restaurant in neighborhood. Although the primary ethnic group here is Hispanic you can see other ethnic getting along with everyone. Safe during day, but when evening come be ready.
